Welcome to the San Diego Canyons Campaign, a conservation campaign of the Sierra Club, San Diego Chapter. We are working to protect, restore and preserve San Diego’s urban canyons. Like the beaches and the mountains, canyonlands are integral to San Diego’s unique character. Canyons are an important part of our green infrastructure and vital to our air and water quality. They provide recreational and educational opportunities, local access to nature and aesthetic values that contribute immeasurably to our quality of life.
